This appears to be a Victorian school class, and is believed to be at Water Street. Looks like an interesting exercise in building with small bricks!

Bollington Cross school
Class with Mr Drake (right), who was headmaster 1910-20. Inscribed on back in childish hand ‘This was given to all the Greens, Doris, Minnie, Elsei, Ethel, Martha, Mrs and Mr Green. This is an photo of all the school children’. Actually only one class.
