Ship “El Nil”
Ship, El Nil, was the ship which brought Harold Shepley home at the end of the war. Inscribed “El Nil 27th June 1945” on the back. Wounded in 1944, Anti Aircfaft operator 1942. Served in North Africa, Sicily and Italy.
