Title
Waterhouse mill
Description
The room with tall windows, front right, was the former water wheel house. Above that notice the pattern on the end of the main mill building - that denotes the original roof line. The roof space was turned into a useable space by raising the walls and fitting a roof with several small pitches. When the mill was demolished in 1962 only the to the left of the entrance road was left to become the main office for Kay Metzeller who built their own factory on the site. That and the offices were demolished in 2012 and the site re-developed into a housing estate - Waterwheel Way, Lomas Close, and Leat Place.
