William and Millie Waller, at Nesset Farm (which was lost to the new Macclesfield Forest and Reservoir). William had been at Nesset since he was a young man. The farm was previously his uncle's. In the cart , the couple are setting off for Macclesfield Market.
William Waller took Mount Farm, Bollington, c1935. Albert, his sone, took over from him; Gordon, his grandson, is there now (1990).
